The Wall Street-West Avenue Neighborhood plans are well underway with guidance from a Working Group that has been actively participating in the plans development. This Working Group Meeting will focus on policies and implementation measure for the plan. These include zoning recommendations, design guidelines, and land uses within the plan area.
